A Photo Tour of Our Clinic at Isu Station
Yonsei Baro Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry is on the 4th floor of Bangbae Yedain Plaza, with direct underground access from Isu Station Exit 2 in Seoul. These photos show the five spaces you will pass through on a visit: reception, the waiting lounge, the consultation room, the examination room and the treatment area.
What will I see when I arrive?
Knowing what a place looks like makes a first visit easier, especially for children and for anyone visiting a dental clinic in a new country. The photos below follow the order of a typical first appointment, from checking in to the chair where treatment takes place. Each caption explains what happens in that room, so you and your child know what to expect.
1. Reception
This is where you check in. Please bring your passport or Residence Card, and any previous X-rays or orthodontic records, to your first appointment. If you need English receipts, itemised statements or a medical certificate for an insurer, mention it here.
2. Waiting lounge
A calm place to sit before your appointment, and somewhere for parents and siblings to wait while a child is seen. Evening and Saturday appointments fit around school and work, so it helps to book those slots ahead.
3. Consultation room
This is where Dr. Sally Chaekyung Lee talks through your concerns, your scans and your options, in English. You leave with a diagnosis, an estimated timeline and a written estimate, and there is time for questions from parents and patients alike.
4. Examination room
Preliminary checks and records are taken before you see the doctor. A first orthodontic examination, including photographs, an intraoral digital scan (no impression putty), X-rays or 3D CT when needed and the clinical exam, takes about 60 minutes in total. See the technology we use .
5. Treatment area
Treatment takes place here, from fitting and adjusting braces and aligners to children’s check-ups, cleanings and fillings. Dr. Lee carries out orthodontic adjustments herself at every visit; children’s dental care is led by our board-certified pediatric dentist, Dr. Ho-seon Lee.
Finding us
4F, Bangbae Yedain Plaza, 118 Dongjak-daero, Seocho-gu, Seoul 06568. Take Line 4 or Line 7 to Isu Station and use Exit 2; the clinic is about a one-minute walk with direct underground access. For taxis, show the Korean address: 서울 서초구 동작대로 118 방배예다인프라자 4층. Parking is available; please mention it when booking.
Visiting with children
Because the clinic offers both kids’ dentistry and orthodontics, children and their parents are part of everyday life here. If your child is nervous, it can help to look through these photos together before the appointment and talk about what each room is for. Our page on helping anxious children at the dentist has more ideas.
Pediatric dental care is led by Dr. Ho-seon Lee . Let us know when you book that you’d like English support — Dr. Sally Chaekyung Lee and our team can help explain your child’s care in English. Contact us for pediatric dentistry appointment times.

Visiting the clinic: questions
Which floor is Yonsei Baro on, and can I reach it without going outside?
The clinic is on the 4th floor of Bangbae Yedain Plaza at 118 Dongjak-daero, Seocho-gu. From Isu Station (Line 4 and Line 7), follow signs for Exit 2; the building has direct underground access, so it is about a one-minute walk and you can stay indoors on a rainy or cold day.
Is there parking for patients at the clinic?
Yes, parking is available for patients. Please mention that you will be driving when you book, so the team can give you parking details in advance. The subway is also a simple option: Isu Station is served by Line 4 and Line 7, with direct underground access to the building from Exit 2.
Where do parents wait during a child’s appointment?
Parents can sit in the waiting lounge, and for orthodontic consultations parents join the discussion in the consultation room so that decisions are made together. If you would like to stay close to your child during dental treatment, tell the team on arrival and we will talk through what suits your child.
Can I see the clinic before committing to treatment?
Yes. A first orthodontic examination is the natural way to see the clinic and meet Dr. Sally Chaekyung Lee. You receive a diagnosis, options and a written estimate, with no obligation to start treatment. If you just have a quick question first, send us a WhatsApp message in English.
