How can I book an appointment?

Choose whichever channel suits you. Whichever you use, tell us who the appointment is for, what you’d like help with and the days that work for you — there’s a short checklist further down this page.

WhatsApp (English)

What should I include in my first message?

A few details help us suggest the right appointment and the right amount of time. You don’t need all of them — send what you have:

  • Who the appointment is for — a child, a teenager or an adult, and their age
  • What you’d like help with — for example crowded teeth, a check-up for your child, a broken bracket or a second opinion
  • Days and times that suit you — we’re open until 9 PM on Mondays and Thursdays and on Saturday mornings
  • Your plans in Korea — if you’re here for a fixed term, roughly when you expect to leave
  • Photos of your teeth or smile, if you have them (optional)
  • Previous X-rays or orthodontic records, if treatment was started elsewhere — see continuing treatment from abroad
  • Whether you’ll need parking
  • Whether you need English documents for an insurance claim — see insurance and receipts

What to bring to your first visit

  • Your passport or Residence Card
  • Recent X-rays or previous orthodontic records, if you have them
  • Your current retainers or aligners, if you wear them

A first orthodontic examination takes about 60 minutes. Read more about your first visit and the orthodontic treatment process .

Thank you — we’ll reply in English as soon as we can.

Fill in the form below and we’ll reply in English. Please don’t use it for urgent problems: for a dental injury or severe pain, call us during opening hours, and in an emergency call 119. We use your details only to respond to your enquiry — see our Privacy Policy .

Booking questions

  • Can I book my first appointment in English?

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp or by email in English and we’ll reply in English. Dr. Sally Chaekyung Lee speaks fluent English and handles orthodontic consultations and every treatment explanation herself. For children’s dental visits, let us know when you book that you’d like English support — Dr. Lee and our team can help explain your child’s care in English.

  • How long should I allow for a first orthodontic appointment?

Plan for about 60 minutes. The first orthodontic examination includes a digital scan, X-rays or a 3D CT scan, photographs and an examination by Dr. Lee. She then explains her findings, your options, an estimated timeline and a written estimate. Bring your passport or Residence Card, plus any previous X-rays or orthodontic records.

  • Can I use Naver Booking if I don’t read Korean?

You can, but the Naver Booking pages are in Korean, so many international patients find it simpler to message us on WhatsApp or by email in English. Tell us the days and times that suit you and we’ll suggest an appointment. If you do book on Naver, you’re welcome to message us in English as well.

  • Something broke on my braces or I lost an aligner — how do I get help?

Send us a message on WhatsApp or KakaoTalk with a photo of the problem. We’ll advise you on what to do in the meantime and arrange a visit if one is needed. Our page on braces and aligner problems explains simple first aid for a poking wire or a loose bracket.

  • How do I book a dental visit for my child?

Use any channel on this page and tell us your child’s age, any concerns and the days that suit you. Children’s dental care is led by Dr. Ho-seon Lee, a board-certified pediatric dentist; see kids’ dentistry. Contact us for pediatric dentistry appointment times, and if your child has a dental injury, call us as soon as possible.

Last updated October 2026. For a dental emergency involving breathing difficulty, heavy bleeding or a head injury, call 119.

We look forward to hearing from you
