General information only
Our guides , treatment pages and FAQ explain dental and orthodontic topics in general terms. They are written for the clinic and reviewed by our board-certified specialists, as described in our editorial policy , but they cannot take your individual circumstances into account. Do not use them to diagnose a problem, to start, stop or change any treatment, or to delay seeking professional care.
No doctor–patient relationship
Reading this website, filling in our contact form, or sending us a message by WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, email or phone does not create a doctor–patient relationship. When you contact us, our team can answer general questions and arrange an appointment. Any advice about your own teeth, or your child’s, is given only after an examination at the clinic.
Photos sent by message can help us judge how soon you should be seen — for example after a broken bracket — but they are not a substitute for an examination.
Diagnosis needs an examination
Orthodontic and dental diagnosis depends on a clinical examination and, where appropriate, X-rays, a 3D CT scan, digital scans and photographs. Two problems that look similar in a photo can need very different care. The only way to know what is right for you or your child is a consultation; our treatment process page explains what the first visit involves.
Emergencies
This website is not a source of emergency advice. If you or your child has difficulty breathing, heavy bleeding that will not stop, a head injury, or facial swelling spreading toward the eye or neck, call 119 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room.

Results vary
Every patient is different. Treatment time, comfort and results depend on the problem being treated, age, biology, oral hygiene and how closely instructions are followed — including wearing aligners, elastics and retainers. Orthodontic treatment can cause temporary discomfort and, in some cases, root shortening, gum recession or tooth decay if oral hygiene is poor, and teeth can move back if retainers are not worn as instructed.
The cases shown on our before and after pages are published with each patient’s consent. They illustrate what was achieved for those individuals and are not a promise of a similar result for anyone else.
Fees and insurance information
We do not publish prices. Fees are set after an examination and given in a written estimate. Information on this website about Korea’s National Health Insurance or private insurance is general and may change; please confirm coverage with the National Health Insurance Service (1577-1000) or your insurer.
