What do people from Sadang and Dongjak ask us about?

Clear aligners that fit a working week

If you pass through Sadang on your commute, an evening appointment can fit on the way home: we’re open until 9 PM on Mondays and Thursdays. Aligner check-ups are usually about every 6–10 weeks. Dr. Lee plans Invisalign and Angel Aligner treatment herself and is a 2026 Invisalign Purple Diamond Provider — a tier that reflects the number of cases treated, not a guarantee of results.

Orthodontic checks for school-age children

Parents often ask whether crowding, a crossbite or a habit such as thumb sucking or mouth breathing needs attention now or later. Dr. Lee looks at the teeth, bite, jaw growth and face before suggesting observation or treatment. Read about habit and functional appliances .

Dental care for younger children

Dr. Ho-seon Lee, a board-certified pediatric dentist, leads check-ups, fillings, crowns for baby teeth and laughing-gas sedation for children. Let us know when you book that you’d like English support — Dr. Sally Chaekyung Lee and our team can help explain your child’s care in English.

Sadang & Dongjak FAQs

  • How far is Yonsei Baro from Sadang Station?

One stop. From Sadang, take Line 4 one stop to Chongshin Univ. (Isu), leave by Exit 2, and the clinic is about a 1-minute walk with direct underground access. If you’re on Line 2, change to Line 4 at Sadang. Our address is 4F, Bangbae Yedain Plaza, 118 Dongjak-daero, Seocho-gu.

  • I live near Dongjak Station on Line 9 — what’s the simplest route?

Dongjak Station is on both Line 9 and Line 4, so change to Line 4 there and ride one stop, in the direction of Sadang, to Chongshin Univ. (Isu). Leave by Exit 2; the clinic is about a 1-minute walk, with direct underground access to Bangbae Yedain Plaza.

  • Can I fit Invisalign check-ups around a full-time job?

Usually, yes. Aligner check-ups are typically about every 6–10 weeks, and we’re open until 9 PM on Mondays and Thursdays and from 9 AM to 2 PM on Saturdays. Dr. Lee plans the schedule with your work and travel in mind, and if an aligner is lost or damaged between visits, send us a photo on WhatsApp or KakaoTalk.

  • My child breathes through their mouth — should we see an orthodontist?

It’s worth mentioning at an orthodontic check, because mouth breathing can be linked to how the jaws and bite develop. Dr. Lee assesses the bite, jaw growth and tongue position, and may suggest a check with an ear, nose and throat doctor to look at airway causes. In some children, a habit or functional appliance can help.

  • Is Namseong Station close to the clinic?

Yes. Namseong is the next station to Isu on Line 7, so it’s one stop with no change of line. At Isu, follow the signs for Exit 2; from there the clinic is about a 1-minute walk, with direct underground access, on the 4th floor of Bangbae Yedain Plaza.
